Welcome,
This space is yours, and I’m honored to share it with you.
This space blends the timeless wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda with heart-centered Mindfulness to support you in untangling the overwhelm, quieting the noise and reconnecting to the strength and stillness already within you. My hope is to help you feel rooted in the present, open to possibility and deeply connected to the greater whole that you, too, belong to.
Whether you’re here to calm your busy mind, nurture your sensitive soul, or simply find a moment of stillness, know this:
you’re enough, just as you are.
You’ve always belonged, and you’ve never been alone.
I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. If you’re someone who feels deeply, struggles to find a sense of belonging or carries the weight of the world on your shoulders, I see you—because I’ve been there too.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a deeply sensitive soul—a dreamer, a feeler, and, if I’m honest, often an overthinker. I experienced the world with my heart wide open, soaking in its beauty but also its heaviness. I took on the emotions of others, carried their pain alongside my own and often found myself overwhelmed by the weight of it all.
Life, for me, often felt chaotic—like I was standing in the middle of a storm without an anchor. My family’s journey, while filled with love, was marked by its own disjointed moments. I navigated the tension, the unpredictability and the emotions that came with it, but I often felt unsteady, unsure of where to plant my feet or how to quiet the constant hum of thoughts in my mind.
I created this space because I know what it’s like to feel untethered,
to pour endlessly into others without leaving much for yourself,
and to carry emotions and responsibilities that weigh heavy on your heart. I also know the power of finding that counterbalance and discovering
that you don’t have to do it alone.
And then I found Yoga and Ayurveda, or maybe they found me.
These ancient practices taught me how to breathe through the chaos, how to listen to my body and heart,
and how to gently let go of the weight I was carrying—weight I didn’t even realize wasn’t mine to hold.
I learned how to ground myself, to find moments of stillness in a noisy world and to honor the sensitivity that I once thought of as a weakness but now see as my greatest strength.
These ancient wisdom didn’t just give me tools—they gave me a new way of being.
Yoga helped me reconnect with my body, with the present moment and with the greater whole we are part of. Ayurveda taught me how to honor my individuality and align with my daily life with the rhythm of nature and of my own nature. Mindfulness showed me how to hold space for myself with compassion instead of judgment. Together, they became a lifeline, helping me feel grounded in the midst of chaos and reconnecting me with a sense of wholeness I thought I’d lost.
