About me

Health and wellness have always been part of my life.
I grew up surrounded by athletes - mum and dad were both professional bodybuilders and fitness coaches.
In the family, everyone started playing sports as soon as they were able to walk.

I first crossed paths with yoga when I was 16 years old.

I was just a teenager attending a Hatha Yoga class for the first time, discovering a practice that would become a lifelong companion.

After several years of personal practice and exploration, I found myself in India, taking a 200H Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training. An incredible experience I will cherish forever.

Expanding my expertise, I pursued a 20hour Trauma-Informed and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga training, acknowledging that healing mind-body practices like Yoga can be challenging for trauma survivors.

And I wish for my classes to be a safe and secure environment for every individual.

Currently, I am furthering my education under the mentorship of Brad Hay in a rich 300hour Advanced Ayurveda and Tantra Yoga Training. This intensive study aims to deepen my understanding of these ancient traditions and enhance my ability to guide others on their yogic journey.

My teachings emphasize on the felt experience, prioritize the connection between the mind and body and encourage practitioners to approach their practice with mindfulness and self-awareness.
I believe that yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or body type, and I do my best to bring authentic and compassionate nature to every class, creating a safe and nurturing environment for everyone.
