The Soul Behind
A Journey To Mindfulness

For over two decades, I have been devoted to the path of mind-body exploration through the practice of Yoga.
With extensive training in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Classical Tantric Hatha Yoga, I bring an integral and conscious approach to my teachings.

My 200-Hour Teacher Training in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa provided a strong foundation, which I've built upon through additional certifications in Trauma-Informed /Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (20 hours), Pranayama Breathwork (50 hours), Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga & Ayurveda (300 hours) and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant
(150 hours).


Mindfulness is at the heart of my practice, guiding students into deeper self-awareness and conscious embodiment.

Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama Breathwork

Structured yet spacious, the practice combines the tools of Tantric Hatha Yoga - postures (Asanas), Pranayama, meditation and sound - to promote energetic alignment, emotional regulation and a deeper connection to self.

Mat Pilates

Mindful, low-impact sessions. Mat-based Pilates helps improve posture, core strength, mobility and body awareness. It’s a safe, effective way to build functional strength and prevent injury.

Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation

In these one-on-one sessions, we explore your unique mind-body constitution, identify any imbalances, and craft a personalised plan based on Ayurvedic principles to support your whole being
